So I am just going to ramble a little bit about my logo, trademark.  My main is the butterflies on an orange background.  The meaning for this may not be loud but it is personal.  My MS is not your MS.

The color orange is representive for Multiple Sclerosis.  When I do an inperson show, I use an orange drape cloth in my booth design.  Usually it is a feature point where I will be perched on my stool, or sitting in a chair.  Sometimes I may stand or pace to get the feeling back in my legs.

The butterflies are representive of the many symptons of MS.  It is also a way to explain how our brains look in an MRI image.  Even though the lesions caused by the MS cause so many health issues, there is a multitude of different spots that will be different for each person.

Additionally the butterflies are beautiful even with the spots.  It is like coming out of a fog when you get the diagnosis, so many questions answered, so many more to ask.  Sadly the fog is still there (cognitive issues) but at least it has a name now!

The journey of a person with Multiple Sclerosis is not the same for everyone.  Some of us may spend years with strange symptons that are "put off" by doctors.  Where as someone else may find a diagnosis early and get treatment to slow the progression of the disease.  Note that I said "slow the progression".

There is no cure for MS.  You learn to manage the symptoms (there are over fify of them) and pray that the MS does not take away everything from your body and mind.  My MS is not your MS.  No two people have the same form of MS, just as each person is different.

So in light of a new year, let the butterflies fly, swoop and soar!
